Fredericksburg averages approximately 90 in attendance on Sunday mornings and has varied ministries. The congregation is served by five elders and six deacons.

In addition to pulpit ministry, the ideal candidate will teach classes, conduct personal and home studies, and conduct counseling. An undergraduate degree in Biblical and ministry studies with five years of ministry experience, or comparable, is desired.

Application Process:

Based on initial conversations and preliminary screening, an in person or zoom interview with members of the congregation may be held. Eventually we will want to see either in person or via streaming, a sermon message. Finally, an in person meeting with the whole congregation will be held prior to offering the position.
Salary:
We expect to be able to support this position with an annual salary in the mid $40,000 range, depending on experience and our continued financial ability.

Pulpit Minister
The Bridge Avenue church of Christ located in Weslaco, Texas is currently looking for a full time pulpit minister. Weslaco is located in South Texas about 15 minutes from the border with Mexico and 50 minutes from South Padre Island. The congregation averages 130-160 souls (seasonal fluctuation) in the Sunday morning assembly. The leadership consists of 3 Elders and 4 Deacons at this moment.
Minister duties include preaching sound doctrine, teaching bible classes, evangelism/community outreach, regular office hours, visiting the sick/shut ins, etc.
