Dynamic Pulpit Minister

We are 92nd Street Church of Christ in Marysville, Washington. https://92ndstchurchofchrist.com/
Address: 4226 92nd Street NE Marysville, WA 98270 Office: (360) 653-2578
We are located about 35 miles North of Seattle, Washington. Marysville is a city of about 76,000 people and one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Washington and the region. Marysville was a farming community with Strawberries, Dairy and Beef operations but we have grown.
Now this area is more like an advanced Technology Hub.
Major Universities are in Seattle and Everett Community College/Washington State University is in Everett.
The Boeing Aircraft Company is located in Everett. And numerous advanced, next generation aerospace and electric technology companies are moving into the area including battery powered aircraft.
Amazon has a large Distribution center in Arlington.
Our main airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEATAC) – just South of Seattle but we have a nice regional airport in Everett, Paine Field (PAE) that has direct connections to Southern California and growing.

We are a family of about 120 members with 3 elders and a Minister, Dennis Niva who is planning to retire. We are a dynamic multi-generational church of God’s people doing God’s work in our community and beyond. We have numerous members who are actively supporting the Church and God’s mission here. We have a service that is televised to the benefit of our Shut-ins and friends of the Church in distant places. Our Minister just baptized two people this last weekend. And another family just placed membership with God’s Kingdom here.
We have several young members who have gone through the program, Adventures In Missions (AIM) through the Sunset International Bible Institute (SIBI) of Lubbock, TX and served on the Mission field in South and Central America. (https://aim.sunset.bible/about/) We have another young lady, Daphne McMaster who is just starting the 2-year AIM program now. And we are blessed with a brother, Maximillian Cheesebrough, who is just finishing his successful 2-year AIM program on his mission field in Honduras. With God’s blessings Max will go back to SIBI for a 2-year program with a goal to become a Youth Minister. We pray God will lead him to come to our Church over the next couple of summers as a Youth Minister Intern and in the future lead a Youth Ministry for us at 92nd Street Church of Christ. Both of these young Christians have the support and encouragement of this Church, as had all the others. We also support Sauk River Christian Camp in Darington, WA and have abundant opportunities to provide more outreach to our Church Family here and in the region.
We have had an Intern Preacher come up from The Northwest School of Discipleship (NWSD) from Southwest Church of Christ in Tigard, OR. We feel the partnership that this program offers will help to provide a dynamic presence in the Church of the Pacific Northwest. https://www.nwschoolofdiscipleship.com

Our Church feels we are in a transition period and are looking for a great Pulpit Minister who is articulate and dynamic to fulfill our Mission to Serve Christ in this community and region on into the future. We are looking for a family man who has a heart for God, leads his family in Christ well and can meet the needs of a young dynamic, active Church Family. It would be a great thing if God led the right Family immediately to us. But, we know we must pray and be patient to find the next family who will be the heart of the congregation. As we work and pray like the Family of God we are, may He always bless us with all spiritual blessings in Christ.
