Cameron Avenue Church of Christ is looking for an experienced Preaching Minister to join our team!

Mission: Cameron Avenue Church of Christ’s mission is to offer the Gospel to the people in the Tri-cities area. We seek to be Christ’s disciples and to allow the Gospel to live in our church, our communities, and in our homes. We want to offer you a place in God’s kingdom and a place within this family. Led by two elders and five ministry leaders (deacons), the church family is ready to work with a dedicated servant leader to guide the church into a deeper relationship with Christ and help reach out to the community. The church has a long history in the community and our members have a spirit of love, cooperation, and dedication that carry on a number of works for the cause of Christ and His Kingdom.

Leadership is looking for a married and experienced leader to put processes in place to see the church grow. The next minister will make Cameron Avenue “home” in order to build a solid foundation of ministry. Leadership desires an individual to grow with the congregation and become a key part of the long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Biblically-based sermons
Organizing adult Bible classes
Mentoring and studying with individuals
Planning and executing special services and events
Collaborating with elders, ministry leaders, and families
Community oriented; willing to connect with members and guests in the community.
Social Media/Website: Help organize and expand the church’s online presence.

Qualifications:
A strong, personal relationship with Christ
Passion & experience in preaching (min. 2 year)
Ability to communicate effectively (teaching, preaching, writing)
Ministry degree preferred

The Rocky Mount Church of Christ, in Rocky Mount, Virginia, is seeking a full time Preacher.

The minister will be responsible for preaching on Sunday mornings, teaching bible classes as assigned, conducting personal bible studies as needed, visiting as needed, and supporting congregational activities. The successful candidate will work with an active Eldership and congregation. Since the congregation was formed in 1986, we have been served by five preachers, all retired or moved to be near family. Our current interim preacher and previous preacher will continue to serve as Elders and mentors to the new candidate if needed.

Rocky Mount church of Christ currently has around 60 members, and we value our congregation as a close family. We have recently focused on growing our youth to service and community outreach. The Northside Church of Christ is located in the town of Bismarck in east central Illinois, near the IL/IN border. Bismarck offers small town living, with city conveniences ten minutes away in Danville. For more than the basics, Champaign-Urbana (University of Illinois, less than an hour) and Chicago (less than three hours) offer a wide variety of activities and opportunities for your interests. The Northside congregation has had a presence in Bismarck for over 125 years, is lead by two elders, and is biblically sound in its teaching and practices. We are financially stable and able to support a minister (approximately $50,000) as well as needs in the community, mission efforts, and Schultz-Lewis Children’s Home. The Mandarin Church of Christ in Jacksonville, Florida, is searching for the next steward of its’ youth ministry. The ideal candidate will be a man who possesses or is working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible, Youth Ministry, or related field. A balanced command of Scripture and how to make it come alive to the next generation is critical. He must be able to work with students of diversity in age, race, income level, socio-economic status, and spiritual heritage. He must be a self-starter, a team player and team builder, willingly accountable, relatable, and organized. Building bridges between our students and the adult generations in our church family is essential. While worship leading is not a requirement, worship leading skills would be highly valued. Above all, he must be passionately in love with Jesus and have a burning desire to guide people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

The Mandarin Church of Christ is a loving, growing, close knit family of approximately 250 members. The Fishinger Road Church of Christ in Columbus is seeking a Youth and Family Minister to begin in 2026. This role is open in our congregation due to our current Youth and Family Minister moving into our preaching role. This role is fully integrated into the life and work of the congregation, serving as an extension of the church’s ministry by helping middle school and high school students develop a strong, lasting faith while equipping parents in the spiritual development of their families.
Fishinger Road is a conservative congregation of approximately 400 members with an active and growing youth program. The Youth and Family Minister will work closely with elders, deacons, parents, and other members to provide biblical teaching, coordinate youth activities, develop outreach opportunities, and integrate young people into the life of the congregation. Responsibilities include coordinating Bible class curriculum, teaching regularly, organizing retreats, mission trips, youth devotionals, Vacation Bible School activities, and serving alongside the congregation’s evangelists in the overall ministry of the church. The minister will also utilize social media and digital platforms to communicate with families and promote youth activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a Church of Christ–affiliated university or a certificate from a school of preaching. A master’s degree (completed or in progress) is a plus. Ministry experience is preferred; experience working with youth, families, or outreach ministries is also a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate a love for teenagers and their families, possess strong biblical teaching and interpersonal skills, and have experience using social media and digital platforms to communicate and grow a youth ministry.

The Merced Church of Christ is seeking a minister who is sound in the faith and eager to work with a friendly and loving congregation committed to serving our Lord Jesus Christ, bringing glory to Him, and advancing His kingdom. While we would welcome a man with ministry experience, we would also consider a younger man who has recently graduated from a brotherhood preaching school or a brotherhood-affiliated university and is seeking his first ministry opportunity.

The candidate must be a faithful member of the Lord’s church, the church of Christ. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, as we have an increasing need to minister to and teach our Spanish-speaking friends and neighbors. He should be willing to work closely with the leadership of the congregation and be interested in building a long-term relationship with a strong and growing church family.

We have a strong desire to study God’s Word and grow spiritually together. We average between five and ten visitors each week and are blessed to have several baptisms each year among those who visit our congregation. We are very evangelistically oriented.

Merced is located in the heart of California and is a growing city of approximately 98,000 residents. Our community is home to two institutions of higher education: Merced College and the University of California, Merced. We are also conveniently located within approximately two hours of the Pacific Ocean, Yosemite National Park, and Sequoia National Park.

Highway 70 Church of Christ in Spur, Texas is seeking a full-time minister to work with our congregation to reach the lost in our community, while building up and strengthening our members.
