The Georgetown Church of Christ located in Georgetown, South Carolina is prayerfully seeking an experienced, energetic, hardworking minister to partner with our eldership and congregation to promote the gospel of Christ within our community. Georgetown is a historic, coastal community located midway between Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC.
Our loving, Christ-centered, talented, diverse congregation of approximately 100 members is led by three elders and eight deacons. Our mission is to share how Jesus has impacted our lives and how he can change other’s lives by sharing the gospel. To reach out into our community to show our love for God while spreading the good news of Christ through His Word and promoting good works throughout our community.
Preferred candidate should have a deep understanding of God’s Word, be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, comfortable using modern forms of technology, and able to work with diverse ages and ethnicity.
