Our focus is Christ-centered, rather than tradition, legalism, or institutional identity. He needs to be able to shepherd people with humility, wisdom, and grace. He needs to defend and strengthen that focus. Experience should include a 4-year degree in Bible, a clear calling to the ministry, and evidence of spirituality.
