Job Opening: Bi-Vocational Pulpit Minister

The Oak Grove Church of Christ, a small but growing congregation located in the heart of the rural Northeast Louisiana Delta, is seeking a bi-vocational pulpit minister to serve our community of faithful believers.
Position Type: Bi-Vocational
Location: Oak Grove, LA
Size of Congregation: Approximately 35 members
Leadership Structure: Congregationally led
We are seeking someone who:
• Is sound in doctrine and committed to the authority of Scripture
• Can preach and teach effectively in both Sunday worship and Bible classes
• Has a heart for evangelism and a desire to help grow the church
• Is personable and willing to be involved in the life of the congregation and community
• Understands the needs and opportunities of a rural setting
Additional Notes:
This is a bi-vocational position. The minister will need to have additional income outside of the church, growth incentives will be offered.
