MINISTER – FULL-TIME POSITION
POSITION OVERVIEW
Broadway Church of Christ is seeking a full-time Minister to serve as the congregation’s primary pulpit leader. The Minister will preach and teach the Word, assist in congregation care, support spiritual growth, and work alongside the elders to advance the mission of the church.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• – Deliver biblically sound sermons each Sunday
• – Teach Bible classes regularly
• – Provide congregation care, including visits, counseling, and crisis support
• – Lead and model evangelism and disciple-making
• – Collaborate with elders, deacons, and ministry leaders
• – Assist with worship planning and church communications
• – Represent the congregation in community outreach and service
• – Maintain regular office hours and availability for members
QUALIFICATIONS
• – Strong commitment to Scripture and Christian living
• – Experience in preaching, teaching, and congregational ministry
• – – Alignment with the beliefs and practices of the Churches of Christ
• – Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• – Demonstrated spiritual maturity and servant-leader character
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Gross Annual Salary is dependent upon experience
