Position: Full-Time Minister
Location: Northeastern Arizona
About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time minister who is knowledgeable in the Bible and passionate about sharing God’s Word. The ideal candidate will be excited to teach our congregation and youth, lead worship, and visit members, especially the sick and elderly.
The minister will report directly to the Elders and work closely with church leadership to support spiritual growth within our community.
Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach biblical lessons for all age groups
• Lead and organize Sunday morning and evening services
• Conduct Wednesday night Bible studies
• Provide pastoral care and visitation for members, including the sick and elderly
• Mentor youth and coordinate youth programs, including our summer youth camp
• Participate in congregational planning and activities alongside Elders and deacons
About Our Congregation:
• Located in the beautiful northeastern region of Arizona, experiencing all four seasons with mild winters
• Membership ranges from approximately 60–120 members depending on the season
• Leadership includes 2 Elders and 5 deacons
• We have a youth camp in the summer and an LTC (Leadership Training for Christ) program for children
Worship Schedule:
• Sunday Morning Bible Class
• Sunday Morning Worship Service
• Sunday Evening Worship Service
• Wednesday Night Bible Study
Compensation:
• Full-time salary
• Health reimbursement allowance
