The Panhandle Church of Christ in Panhandle, Texas is looking for a full-time Pulpit Minister. We are looking for a preacher who is sound in the gospel, encourages family values, and is willing to be active in our community. He will be expected to preach on Sunday mornings, teach bible classes, and participate in other congregational activities. Panhandle has a small hometown feel, but with U.S. 60 and S.H. 207 running through town, larger cities are easily accessible in about 30 minutes. Our congregation has three elders and six deacons with an average Sunday morning attendance of 70. We are non-instrumental but do use technology in our worship services. We support various missions, children’s homes, and camps. The ideal candidate would be able to minister to our members regardless of age. Our membership encompasses a vibrant youth group that is involved and growing together with young families and retirees who are active both in the church and the community.
