About: Our congregation of 230 English-speaking members includes individuals from 14 states and 12 foreign countries. We are involved in mission work in the Caribbean and South America and have many members who speak Spanish. Worship for our 80 Spanish-speakers is led by our preacher from Nicaragua. We also have an active children’s ministry and family outreach program, managed by our Youth Minister. We take part in the Lads to Leaders program.
Job Description: Our ideal candidate is familiar with the culture in South Florida, and meets these criteria:
- Married man with wife and children
- Bible degree and commitment to the principles of the New Testament church
- Counseling experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with our 6 Elders
- Strong preaching skills and ability to connect with seniors, young couples, and youth
