Highlands Church of Christ, a congregation of about 200 members in Lakeland, Florida, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Preaching Minister who wants to serve with a congregation, not simply preach for one.
We are a Church of Christ committed to New Testament Christianity, a cappella worship, and the biblical plan of salvation.
What you will do: preach and teach, work closely with our elders and staff, lead personal evangelism, provide ministerial care, equip members to serve, and help administer the church’s day-to-day operations.
What we offer: a compensation package starting at $75,000+, including flex housing and PTO, in a warm congregation in a growing Central Florida community.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. No one checks every box.
Applications are due November 15, 2026. For the full listing, application steps, and video questions, visit our church website.
