Center Point Road Church of Christ, Marion, Iowa
We are looking for a godly man to preach for us who loves God, who knows and loves His Word, who loves the Church and the Lost, and who is apt to teach. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-disciplined and self-motivated.
Our congregation has a good group of active core families and a wide range of ages, including many children. We are a mainstream congregation of the Lord’s Church that strives to be doctrinally sound and strong in the faith.
Our church building is conveniently located just off of the interstate on the north side of Cedar Rapids. The parsonage is located just across the interstate from the church building.
Iowa is a domestic mission field, with congregations of the Lord’s church being few and far between, and relatively small compared to many congregations in the South.
There are very popular soccer fields and football fields just down the road from the church building that are always well attended on Sundays when the weather is nice. There are many souls to be saved.
