Eastside is an intergenerational Church of Christ committed to the authority of Scripture, Christ-centered teaching, and shared ministry under the Elders’ leadership. Our worship includes a cappella singing, and we seek to grow as disciples who love God, love one another, and serve our community. Our building hosts Pikes Peak Christian School (preschool–12), and we partner with Mercy’s Gate and other local efforts to serve neighbors in need.
Snapshot: Average Sunday attendance ~240, we have 10 Elders and 5 staff, and over 60% of our members participate in Life Groups. Key ministries include children’s, youth/families, men’s, women’s, and missions.
Position Summary
The Senior Minister serves as the primary preaching and teaching minister, working in partnership with the Elders to equip the congregation for discipleship and evangelism, strengthen unity, and provide pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities
• Preach weekly sermons and participate in teaching ministries as needed.
• Support Life Groups by preparing a weekly sermon-aligned discussion/study guide and resourcing group leaders.
• Partner with the Elders in pastoral care (visitation, counseling, encouragement, weddings/funerals as appropriate).
• Encourage congregational discipleship and evangelism through equipping, mentoring, and personal involvement.
• Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders to strengthen hospitality, assimilation, and congregational unity.
