Rose Hill Church of Christ is seeking a dynamic, spiritually grounded Youth Minister to lead our youth programs for approximately 25 students in grades 5 through 12. As part of a supportive congregation averaging 185 in attendance, you will join a collaborative staff team that includes a Minister, Associate Minister, and Secretary.
Core Responsibilities
● Youth Leadership: Guide and develop the youth of our congregation, including leading (or training to lead) our Lads2Leaders program.
● Teaching & Preaching: Teach Bible classes for all age groups, with preaching and song leading opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
● Education & Experience: A degree in Bible, Ministry, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience as a Youth Minister; or a combination of both. Recent and upcoming college graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Additionally, Rose Hill is open to exploring the possibility of a candidate who could serve in a Part-Time capacity, or possibility beginning a relationship with a candidate on an intern basis while attending school.
● Core Attributes: Demonstrated spiritual maturity, solid Biblical knowledge, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
● Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with modern church technology (streaming and PowerPoint), digital media, and online engagement.
