The One Hope Church of Christ is seeking a full-time Senior Minister to help lead our congregation in spiritual growth, community outreach, and disciple-making. We are a family-oriented, biblically grounded congregation committed to sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through faithful teaching, authentic relationships, and service to others.
We are looking for a spiritually mature leader with a passion for preaching God’s Word, equipping believers, and reaching the lost. The ideal candidate will work alongside our elders to provide vision, foster congregational growth, and help mobilize members for ministry and evangelism.
Qualifications:
• Strong commitment to biblical authority and sound doctrine.
• Effective preacher and teacher of God’s Word.
• Demonstrated leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care abilities.
• Passion for evangelism, outreach, and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and members.
Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach Christ-centered, Bible-based lessons.
• Equip members for spiritual growth and service.
• Help develop and implement outreach and evangelistic efforts.
• Provide pastoral care and encouragement.
• Support the church’s mission of bringing hope through Jesus Christ.
